Want to dine like a President? The Joint Congressional Committee on Inaugural Ceremonies is offering the recipes from the 2009 Inaugural luncheon menu as a free download.
The recipes, along with cooking instructions include seafood stew, duck breast with cherry chutney, herb roasted pheasant with wild rice stuffing, molasses whipped sweet potatoes, winter vegetables, topped off with cinnamon apple sponge cake for dessert.
