Justin Bieber Stands Next To Hailey Baldwin, Must Be Romancing After Selena Gomez Split

Justin Bieber isn’t allowed to have female friends any more. Hailey Baldwin, take note.

This includes selfies apparently.

Although the general rule in celebrity reporting is that any male and female standing within 10 feet of each other must be dating, this was taken to new extremes this week.

On the same day that Bieber’s former girlfriend, Selena Gomez, opened up about their hot and cold relationship in a candid interview, hours later Justin attended the birthday party of his friend, Pastor Carl Lentz, in New York City on Thursday night.

Model Hailey, 17, was also at the bash. This isn’t surprising, since Lentz preaches at New York City’s Hillsong church, which is popular with a young, hip crowd, including celebrities.

Hailey, who is the best friend of model Kendall Jenner, is also a longtime pal of the Biebs.

The last time Baldwin was seen with Justin was at a party with a group of mutual friends, Bieber’s manager Scooter Braun and Usher in New York in September.

At some point during Lentz’s bash, Hailey posted a photo on her Instagram of herself with a female pal, with Justin just visible from the side of the shot.

It seems the pair took their evening on (possibly with others), and were spotted leaving the New York City club 40/40 some time later. Photos clearly show Bieber being directed to a waiting car by bodyguards, while Hailey appeared to walk off in another direction.

Despite this, all hell has broken loose as gossip sites speculate wildly whether Hailey and Justin are an item.

In most of those reports, it’s insinuated that Bieber could have chosen a better day to step out in NYC than the same day as Selena’s interview. Of course, that would only have been possible if Pastor Lentz had moved his birthday plans — which, clearly, is ludicrous.

Meanwhile, earlier Thursday, Selena talked to Ryan Seacrest on his KIIS FM radio show about her emotional music video for new single “The Heart Wants What It Wants,” and all the heartbreak she felt in her on-and-off relationship with the Canadian singer.

The video begins with Selena speaking about Justin, “I know his heart, and I know what he wouldn’t do to hurt me.”

She continued, “But I didn’t realize feeling so confident, feeling so great about myself and then it just be completely shattered by one thing. By something so stupid.”

“But then you make me feel crazy because you make me feel like it’s my fault — I was in pain.”

The 22-year-old pop princess revealed Justin had a difficult time watching the video,

“He thought it was beautiful [but] I think it is really hard,” Selena told Seacrest.

Asked whether she was still close to Justin, the starlet nodded, then said quietly but firmly,

“I support him. I think I always will.” Selena added,”I’m upset when he’s upset, I’m happy when he’s happy. I don’t want anything bad ever to happen to him. It hurts me. That’s all.”

To recap: Although Bieber is friends with Gomez and Baldwin and probably other females, this is no longer allowed.
