Black Friday: Target Toy Book Released
Black Friday Target deals will include scores of toys which will likely be at the top of Christmas wish lists of many children. Like Toys ‘R’ Us and Kmart, Target has released its big toy book ahead of the highly anticipated Thanksgiving Day sale and annual Black Friday 2014 extravaganza.
The Target Toy Book 2014 contains 59 pages of Christmas deals. Extended return dates allow shoppers to exchange toys and other items long after their sore feet have been soothed after hours of Black Friday shopping and the last scrap of Christmas gift wrap has been swept away.
Some of the Target Black Friday and big toy book deals reportedly include special discounts on tablets, cell phones, art and science toys, Cabbage Patch Dolls, Disney Frozen dolls and toys, action figures, Star Wars characters, and Minnie Mouse toys.
In advance of Black Friday 2014, Target has introduced the Target Wish List app. The app went live on the final day of October. Christmas shoppers can save 10 percent on Target Wish List app item purchases now through November 26.
“A new way to create, share, and track kids’ holiday wish lists. Fun for kids. Easy for you,” the Target Toy Book 2014 says.
A host of coupons in the Target Toy Book 2014 allow shoppers to score deals long before Black Friday rolls around. A toy department coupon offers 25 percent off (exclusions apply) now through November 8. Free Christmas wrapping paper is offered with a purchase of $20 or more on toy department items from November 19 through November 25.
Video game software is available at 10 percent off November 16 through November 25. A $10 Target gift card is offered for free with a toy purchase of $50 or more (exclusions apply) November 16 through November 26.
More before Black Friday deals are also available from Target online. The Cartwheel daily deal option on specific items reportedly offers a different toy at 50 percent off each day. Shoppers must first download the Cartwheel app and create an account. Christmas deal hunters should then check the “Hot Gifts for Cool Kids” collection to browse the Cartwheel offer of the day. The discount program is valid from November 2 through Christmas Eve.
