Leah Calvert’s Friends Are Reportedly Planning An Intervention

Leah Calvert’s friends are reportedly worried her drug use has gotten out of control.

Although the Teen Mom 2 star’s family, specifically her mother, has spoken out denying she uses drugs illegally, a new report claims the young mother of three is abusing prescription pills. In turn, her friends are said to be plotting an intervention, during which they will request she go to rehab.

“Leah’s not in a good place right now. She’s lost,” an insider told In Touch Weekly on November 5. “Her friends think she needs rehab.”

According to the report, if Leah Calvert does go to rehab, it may be featured on the upcoming season of Teen Mom 2. In the past, MTV has paid for several stars of Teen Mom and Teen Mom 2 to go to rehab so it’s certainly possible that they would pay for Leah’s rehab stay.

“MTV would foot the bill,” the source said. “They’re as shocked about this as the fans and genuinely want her to get help.”

In addition to Leah Calvert’s alleged drug problem, the reality star is also reportedly on the verge of getting a divorce. On October 17, her husband Jeremy took to Twitter, where he alleged Leah cheated with her ex-boyfriend, Robbie Kidd. “Well that was a surprise kinda u did it to Corey and now me with the same person good job sl*t,” Jeremy wrote, according to an Inquisitr report, adding, “It’s me and to the ones who think it’s fake or bs it’s not filing this am k.”

As the Inquisitr reported, Leah, who denied accusations of infidelity, has been tweeting positive messages about her marriage in the weeks since. Jeremy, on the other hand, has remained silent, and In Touch‘s source claimed that was because he is not planning on staying married to Leah. “He’s already met with lawyers and is definitely filing [for divorce]— he’s over Leah,” the source explained.

Leah Calvert is also dealing with some drama from her ex-husband, Corey Simms, who recently filed for custody of their four-year-old twin girls, Ali and Aleeah. “Leah loves her children,” a source told In Touch. “If she thinks she’ll really lose them, she’ll probably go to rehab. And it may just come to that.”

While there have been reports claiming Leah already lost her twins, that doesn’t appear to be the case.

Leah Calvert and Corey Simms are due in court next month to address the issue.
