Jon Gosselin Says He’d Do ‘Couples Therapy’ With Ex-Wife Kate

Jon Gosselin wants back in! The father of eight has hit rock bottom, recently being evicted from his apartment, and now he says that he’s willing to give reality television another go. In an exclusive interview with Life & Style Magazine, Jon said that he would be willing to do another reality show with his ex-wife Kate, but this time he wants to work on their differences.

“I would consider appearing on ‘Couples Therapy’ with Kate. We’re divorced, but why can’t we co-parent? I was thinking Kate and I could do a televised sit-down with a doctor and work out our differences, because our kids are suffering,” Jon said.

Now no one knows for sure if Jon actually feels like he wants to work things out with Kate, or if he would just want to do it for the money (the ratings would undoubtedly be high which would equate to significant pay days for the former couple), but it’s interesting to think about nonetheless.

Of course, Jon Gosselin has already been on Couple’s Therapy, so he’s very familiar with how it works. According to Gawker, Jon went on the VH1 show with his now ex-girlfriend, Liz. Shortly after the two filmed the show, Liz (a 20-something) left Jon. And not long after that, he got evicted. So, Jon didn’t have the best experience on the show, but he is willing to do it again if his ex-wife agreed to it.

And while Jon’s willingness to work things out with his ex-wife sounds good in theory, it might be coming just a little too late. Jon has been determined to do his own thing away from the limelight for years, but he’s found it hard to find a steady job, and earn decent income. Now that he has no job and no place to live (presumably), he might be willing to work things out with Kate as a sort of last resort. At least, that’s how it sounds.

Things between Jon and Kate Gosselin seem better in general, which is a positive thing for their children. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, the two were “cordial” to one another at a yard sale a couple of weeks ago. Jon showed up to spend time with his kids, and Kate actually talked to him and kept things cool. Of course TLC cameras were on hand to film the whole thing. However, being “cordial” and wanting to “work things out” are two totally different things.

Kate has not publicly responded to Jon’s interesting suggestion. Do you think the former couple should do Couples Therapy? Would you tune in?
