Man Searches Landfill For Missing Wedding Ring

A Florida man who accidentally threw out his wife’s $10,000 custom-made wedding ring was able to retrieve the token of his love after heading to the local county dump.

According to the South Florida Sun-Sentinel the man arrived at the dump site and workers there pointed him in the direction where his ring would have been dumped and provided him with a required protective suit.

Amazingly enough the man found the ring in just 30 minutes time which was probably lucky for him because as he recalls the location had:

“Nastiness you wouldn’t believe … It was absolutely disgusting. It stunk beyond belief. The smell was God-awful. Everything unsanitary you could think of crossed my path at least a couple times.”

Next time he’ll probably pray that he drops the ring down the sink where a simple pipe being disassembled can hopefully retrieve the lost ring.
