Happy Birthday Honeymoon Jessa Duggar! Honeymoon ‘Sightings’ Begin
Jessa Duggar celebrates her first birthday as a Seewald today. The reality star turned 22 while she is still on her honeymoon with Ben Seewald, 19, following their November 1 wedding ceremony.
Jessa and Ben Seewald had a “surprising” wedding according to many in attendance. The couple chose to forego a traditional wedding cake, opting for ice cream sundaes instead and stunned everyone when they declined to have their first kiss at the altar. Alternatively, the couple wanted the moment to be private. Jessa also did not don a traditional white wedding gown. She was seen wearing a light pink or blush colored gown as a substitute.
However, in traditional fashion, the couple did leave town following their big wedding day to share their honeymoon together. The location was not disclosed in hopes that the couple could get some alone time together. Be that as it may, that hasn’t stopped people from claiming to have seen the celebrity couple in various tropical locations around the globe. None of the reports have been confirmed and no photos have surfaced. Therefore, it looks like three days post-wedding the couple is getting the privacy they wanted, including sharing Jessa’s 22nd birthday alone together.
Many have speculated that the couple is not on the beach due to a recent interview that Michelle Duggar had with US Magazine where she noted that the beach made it too hard for men to turn their eyes.
“It’s just too hard for the guys to try to keep their eyes averted.”
If Jessa does take to the beach for her honeymoon, don’t expect her to be wearing a swimsuit from a local department store. All Duggar women wear “modest swimsuits” from WholesomeWear when swimming. The swimwear is designed with modesty in mind and keeps the eyes from going places they “don’t need to be going” according to Michelle Duggar.
“The goal really is just to keep our focus on our countenance and to not be drawing attention to places that our eyes don’t need to be going.”
