Lamar Won’t Sign: Khloe Kardashian Having A Hard Time Getting A Divorce From Lamar Odom

Lamar won’t sign divorce papers that are making things very challenging for Khloe Kardashian. According to Electronic Urban Report, it has been 10 months since Khloe filed for divorce, but Lamar Odom has yet to file a response of his own. If he had signed papers straight away, he and Khloe would be divorced by now, and everything would have more than likely been settled (in California it takes six months for a divorce to be finalized).

“He needs to sign papers and he won’t. He disappears here and there, and she can’t find him. She just wants to move on,” shared a source. This, of course, would explain why this marriage hasn’t ended yet, even though Khloe has clearly moved on.

While Lamar won’t sign, Khloe has been getting on with her life. She has dated a couple of guys since her split from Lamar, and she spends a ton of time at the gym and just working to feel better about herself. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Khloe recently opened up about her split from her latest beau, French Montana. In an interview, the reality star revealed that she’s still in touch with the rapper and that there is no “bad blood” between them. Who knows if she will be able to say the same thing about Lamar Odom when that relationship is said and done?

There has been some chatter about Khloe and Lamar reconciling… or at least being on speaking terms, but sources say that any chatting Khloe is doing with Lamar revolves around their split. According to Hollywood Life, Odom will not be featured in the upcoming Keeping Up With The Kardashians spinoff; Kourtney And Khloe Take The Hamptons.

“He has not even been filmed, so he’s not in any scenes, but there is one mention of Lamar in the season,” shared a source. Khloe’s ex French Montana will be on the show, and viewers will get to see their relationship blossom, something that Khloe thinks is “cute.”

“It doesn’t bother me at all. I think it’s cute. I think it’s cool, and I like that people get to see a part of our relationship. I think people are so quick to judge… and I don’t think it’s fair to judge people by appearance or what you think you know about them,” the reality star said.

The fact that Lamar won’t sign divorce papers doesn’t seem to be slowing Khloe down. She’s going about her life as usual… but it’s obvious that she’d like to get that situation squared away sooner rather than later.
