Bethenny Frankel Shocks Fans With Super Skinny Photo

Bethenny Frankel has always been thin but in her latest Facebook photo, the Real Housewives of New York City star appears to be downright frail.

“The Real Housewives of New York City star posted a photo of herself with her new book to her official Facebook page, but all Facebook users seemed to notice was her extremely skinny frame,” RadarOnline reported on October 28.

According to the site, fans of Bethenny Frankel’s page reacted poorly to the photo, which showed Frankel looking as thin as a rail.

“She looks skeletal. Not good advertising for her products at all,” Elizabeth and Shane Rank commented. Jessica Elizabeth-Rose Carroll said, “Ms. Frankel needs some serious help. She looks very ill in this photo, especially compared to their photos she’s posted.”

Just last month, Bethenny Frankel caused a stir with another photo, featuring herself in a bikini sitting on the hood of a Ferrari. In the photo, Frankel’s arms appeared thinner than usual and her stomach looked as if it were caving in. “This isn’t a healthy look and the profuse compliments are pretty strange, honestly,” a fan wrote in response to the photo, via a September 4 report by RadarOnline.

Johnathan Travis also weighed in on the photo, telling Frankel, “You should probably eat! You look sick #WayToSkinnyGirl,” while another user added, “Literally skin and bones …”

Bethenny Frankel has drawn a ton of attention to herself as of late in regards to her diminishing size. Earlier this year, the reality star and former talk show host was faced with criticism after sharing a photo of herself in her daughter Bryn’s Hello Kitty pajamas.

“This is my daughter’s night gown and PJ shorts. Think we’re ready to start sharing clothes yet?” Frankel wrote in the caption of the photo. Then, days later, after being criticized for making a joke out of her child — even by a judge, according to the Inquisitr — Frankel shared a second photo, this time of herself in an oversized men’s T-shirt.

News of Frankel’s skinny frame comes one week after she confirmed her return to The Real Housewives of New York City. As the Inquisitr reported, Frankel released a statement on her website, confirming she’d be back for Season 6.

“After many years of hesitation, I have decided to return to my roots on The Real Housewives of New York City,” Bethenny Frankel said. “I have been through a long and arduous road since my departure, and I’m finally coming out on the other side. It finally feels right to go home again.”
