Joe Giudice Accused Of Drunk Parenting, Yelling At Kids

Joe Giudice and his wife Teresa were recently sentenced for crimes of fraud. Ahead of Teresa’s 15-month sentence, reports have hit the web, claiming Joe may not be the best parent to their four daughters.

During their sentencing, the judge on the Giudice’s case sentenced Teresa to serve her time first, which would allow Joe to care for their daughters while she was away. Once her sentence is complete, Joe will begin his. In the meantime, sources are concerned Joe’s drinking may prevent him from taking over as the girls’ sole provider.

“Joe’s been known to start drinking hard alcohol at 10 a.m.,” an insider who’s witnessed Joe’s alcohol habits told Radar Online. “It’s been going on for years, even when things were going good for them.”

“He’ll scream at the girls, like ‘Shut up!'” the source continued. “It’s all good-natured, but it could seem harsh to an outsider.”

Teresa’s daughters, Gia, 13, Gabriella, 10, Milania, 8, and Audriana, 5, are all very active and involved in tons of activities, so when she is away, Joe is going to have his hands full in a way he hasn’t before. During their Watch What Happens Live appearance earlier this month, Teresa seemed worried that her husband may not be up to the challenge. Like she explained, there’s nothing like a mother and the girls need their mom.

Also on Watch What Happens Live, as reported by The Inquisitr, Joe Giudice admitted to having a “little bit” of a drinking problem.

Radar’s report comes just one day after a source told Us Weekly the couple’s relationship had become strained. “Teresa and Joe’s emotional connection is fading,” a family insider told the magazine. “Resentment is creeping in. There is an icy distance.”

Teresa “expects him to step up and learn the girls’ schedules,” the insider said. “But he hasn’t shown interest.”

When she complains, the source added, “Joe says Teresa is nagging.”

Still, Teresa and Joe Giudice have no plans for divorce. According to the source, Teresa doesn’t want to bring anymore strain upon her children.

“Splitting up would cause the kids turmoil,” a friend said. “She wouldn’t bring them more harm.”

Since the sentencing, The Inquisitr reported Joe had been spending time away from home, allegedly enjoying his time with friends more than his final months with Teresa.
