Mark Ballas, Derek Hough Flip Dance Partners — And Houses!

Mark Ballas and Derek Hough are totally best friends. The guys get along great on Dancing With The Stars, but they also get along great when they aren’t “at work.” According to TMZ, Mark and Derek have a sort of side business going on: They flip houses. Well, they at least flipped one — and the whole thing will be featured on an upcoming reality show special.

Derek and Mark “purchased the Studio City pad together earlier this year for $1.275 mil… and now they’re listing it for $1.895 million — $620K more than they paid. The flipping process caught the eye of HGTV, which will air a special in January featuring their home pirouette… tentatively called ‘Mark & Derek’s Excellent Flip.'”

Mark Ballas and Derek Hough worked with real estate agent Andrew Gulyas to buy the home — and to sell it. It is unknown how much experience the guys had with home repairs, but the house looks pretty great. Needless to say, Mark and Derek have great taste.

Derek and Mark have almost always supported each other when it comes to their respective careers as well. According to Just Jared Jr., Derek and his sister Julianne recently went out to celebrate Mark’s new endeavor. Last month, the Hough siblings attended the release party for Mark’s new music album. They all had a great time at Crustacean in Beverly Hills.

Mark Ballas and Derek Hough also “flipped” dance partners for the Monday night episode of Dancing With The Stars. Mark will be dancing with Derek’s partner, Bethany Mota, while Derek will dance with Duck Dynasty star Sadie Robertson.

As previously reported by The Inquisitr, Sadie has been accused at throwing shade at Bethany Mota. Sadie posted a childhood photo of Mark Ballas with a big smile on his face and captioned it with, “Mark’s face when he gets to be my partner again next week. I hope you’re having fun this week, but I’m ready for team quack attack to reunite.”

Of course, that could have just been all in good fun. A lot of the dancers have been joking around about the switch-up. Even still, some people think that Sadie was being mean to Bethany and trying to insinuate that Mark wasn’t having fun with her. Do you think that Sadie’s caption was a dig?

Well, after tonight, things will go back to normal… assuming that neither Sadie or Bethany are sent home. Thoughts?
