Amanda Bynes Engaged: Troubled Star Set To Marry 19-Year-Old Boyfriend?

Amanda Bynes is engaged… apparently. According to InTouch Weekly, Bynes, 28, is set to marry her boyfriend, 19-year-old Caleb from Costa Mesa, California. The actress revealed that she is ready for marriage, and that she is especially happy about it because she’s tired of men. And so she totally dropped the bombshell in a new interview… which is really the last thing that people expected to hear, given her recent struggles in life.

“I am very needy for friendship and I hate men. I want to f— them, but I can now say I’m engaged — get away from me. I want to be married and I want to be away from people,” she said on October 5. And she’s already thinking about her wedding dress. “I honestly would rather not [design my dress], but I’m so particular about how I look that I cannot imagine not designing it.”

Amanda Bynes has been in the news over the past year or so, but not for things she should be proud of. According to TMZ, Bynes was arrested just last week for suspicion of DUI. It was later reported that Bynes was on Adderall, but she still faces consequences because she shouldn’t have been driving while under the influence of the prescribed drug — and she’s on probation. According to The Inquisitr, Bynes was sentenced to three years probation earlier this year. She has worked hard to get herself out of the tabloids and back on the right track, and her parents’ conservatorship even ended without much fuss — but within weeks, Bynes found herself in trouble with the law once again.

“Amanda’s conservatorship ended earlier this month and we’re told her parents saw no need to extend it because they believe she’s better now, but everyone else in her life feels it was a horrible mistake to let the conservatorship lapse and they fear for Amanda,” reports TMZ. Sources have said that the actress has been smoking weed and going in a backward direction lately.

Amanda Bynes seems to know what she wants and what she is doing in life… even if it’s not what people expect. So what might be next for Bynes? Well, a wedding would likely follow her engagement… and then? Babies.

“I want boys, for sure. However many I can pop out. I don’t want a gorgeous girl around. Then I [would] feel way jealous. Ew,” Bynes said about having children. That’s interesting, isn’t it? Could you even imagine Bynes having a child?
