Meet the unfortunately named Batman Bin Supaman. If Batman and Superman had a love child would he look like this young Javanese man? And what were his parents thinking, couldn’t decide which super hero was better? Naming them after both is superior to naming him after one?
Wait till this young man joins the western world and find out that not only did his parents saddle him with not one but two ridiculous names, they couldn’t even spell one right. That’s some serious therapy, right there.

well…suparman is a common name among javanese. and it says batman 'son of' suparman. its kind of a pun for suparman to be misunderstood as superman.

FYI, Suparman is quite a common Indonesian name, although many use them as a single name (many Indonesians have got no surname), so maybe his father's name is maybe Suparman. Still sounds funny tho….

they don't actually pronounce batman like the superhero, but more like how you would pronounce but-munn and like others have mentioned bin does mean son of and suparman is a common indonesian name. you pronounce it as sue-par-munn
so no his mom and dad wasn't talking about batman and superman when they named him, obviously his dad's name is suparman

his name is batman. his dad's name is suparman. the 'man' at the back sounds like a Jamaican saying,
” YO WHAT ARE YOU DOING MAN ! ” and suparman is common name back then in Indonesia.

That name is not in your language, you stupid. Open your eyes and see this world is not just a tiny place around you. Ridiculous name huh? what about yours? Samantha DeWitt, Duh.. smelly like outdated fart. There are more than a thousand languages on the surface of earth. How can you say your name won’t match any ridiculous word in a language?

‘Dee’ means ‘good’
‘Wit’ means ‘very close to danger’

Well.. that’s not your exact name, but sounds much like, more like than ‘Suparman’ and ‘Superman’ at least.
