Jim Marchese’s ‘RHONJ’ Co-Stars Can’t Sue Him: Rino Aprea Calls Jim a ‘Dangerous Person’

The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Jim Marchese may have come on the show to support his wife, Amber Marchese and spread the word about getting checked for breast cancer, but his co-stars are not thrilled with him. Jim used to be close friends with Bobby Ciasulli and Rino Aprea, but things changed during the first couple of episodes.

Jim Marchese works with the prosecuting office that is going after Joe Giudice for mortgage fraud, so Jim may have some experience when it comes to lawsuits. The twins, Teresa Aprea and Nicole Napolitano, have threatened to sue Marchese for his comments that Bobby had cheated on Nicole and that Teresa’s husband had cheated with her mother.

According to a new Radar Online report, The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Jim Marchese may not be sued by his co-stars because he claims that his co-stars have signed away the legal rights to sue him in a contract with Bravo. And Nicole has said that they have dropped all plans to sue, but reminds people that it isn’t alright to talk about family members.

“He’s insulted each and every individual on that cast,” Rino Aprea has said about Jim, hinting that none of his co-stars want to film with Jim Marchese.

“When that show was over, it was over for me, everything was done,” Rino explained, adding, “When he insulted my wife, my sister-in-law, and every other woman in that house that day… I decided I would never, ever be in somebody’s company like that. That’s a dangerous person.”

Many people believe that Jim Marchese only came to Florida to confront the ladies and cause trouble. Bobby has revealed that Marchese left Florida after just 12 hours, because no one wanted him there.

According to The Inquisitr, Jim Marchese actually doesn’t mind the fact that he is the bad guy. On Twitter, he often gets comments about how horrible he is, but he has no problem fighting back. Jim finds it funny. Marchese has said that he has been hired to do a job by being on The Real Housewives of New Jersey, and he is doing the job the most dramatic way possible. And viewers love it.

There have been several rumors that Jim won’t be filming the reunion, because no one wants to film with him. Amber will have to address her husband’s behavior all on her own. What do you think of Jim Marchese being called a dangerous person?
