‘The Blacklist’ Spoilers For Season 2, Episode 2: Red And Berlin Face-Off Over Naomi, Task Force Adds A Member

Season 2 of The Blacklist got off to a wild start in the premiere, and viewers are anxious to sink their teeth into Episode 2. “Monarch Douglas Bank” is the next episode that airs on Monday, September 29. What The Blacklist spoilers are available for this one?

Clearly, much of the focus of this episode will be on Red and the team searching for his former wife, Naomi Hyland. Berlin has her, and he is seeking revenge for what he believes Reddington did to his daughter years ago. This torture will seemingly bring the two men together face-to-face for the first time in the Season 2, Episode 2 show airing on Monday night.

In addition to the hunt for Red’s former wife, the team will face another case. According to The Blacklist spoiler synopsis via TV Guide, Red will work on taking down a corrupt bank after a robbery. Naturally, however, Liz questions what his real motivates are in this situation.

In other developments during “Monarch Douglas Bank,” there will be a new task force team member in the mix of things. It appears that the new team member will be a character viewers saw in the Season 2 premiere.

Mozhan Marnò, who plays Tamar Katzman, will be sticking around The Blacklist for a while. The former Mossad agent showed during the Season 2 premiere that she’s got ties to Red and some serious skills, so it will be interesting to see her join Cooper’s task force.

Some think the answer to that question is yes, while others believe that person is someone hired by Red to keep tabs on Lizzie.

Executive producer John Eisendrath shared with Buddy TV that Berlin will be a prominent figure throughout the first half of Season 2. There will be concrete answers about the girl in the locket, though it seems viewers should brace themselves to be surprised. Those with the show are acutely aware of what fans are theorizing, and it seems they are angling to throw some twists and turns into the mix of things.

When it comes to Tom Keen, Eisendrath teases The Blacklist spoilers that fans will get answers regarding where Tom is. However, once again, it won’t happen quite yet. For now, Liz will be on her own figuring out a new path and working on healing. How will Tom figure into things going forward? Right now the answer to that one remains under wraps.
