Caroline Manzo Still Watches ‘RHONJ’ But Wants Own Show To Be Successful

Caroline Manzo may have left The Real Housewives of New Jersey because she felt her job was done, but she isn’t done with reality television. On The Real Housewives of New Jersey, Caroline was trying to help Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga, as these two could not move past rumors and comments made by other people. Many felt that Manzo was just meddling in problems that were not her own.

But Caroline Manzo hasn’t just been hanging out at the Brownstone since leaving the wives behind. Her entire family was offered a spin-off show, Manzo’d with Children, which will air in October. And Manzo reveals that she seriously hopes that the show is a big success.

According to a new Bravo report, Caroline Manzo reveals that she is still watching The Real Housewives of New Jersey on occasion, but she is hoping that her own spin-off venture will become popular.

Caroline Manzo admits she watches The Real Housewives of New Jersey “on and off, but just because it’s been a very busy few months for me. I left because I was done with it, but I don’t think the show [itself] should be done.”

As for Manzo’d with Children, Caroline hopes that her own show will be successful because then she has something to be proud of. She has admitted that The Real Housewives of New Jersey was something that she was once proud to be a part of, but now she wouldn’t let her grandchildren watch. Instead, Caroline is hoping that Manzo’d with Children will become the Bravo venture she can proudly show her grandchildren.

“For me, it would be amazing if this show did well,” Caroline Manzo admits, adding, “It would only make me appreciate this crazy ride I’ve been on for the past six years even more!”

Manzo’d with Children will include some familiar faces, as Kathy Wakile and Jacqueline Laurita will make guest appearances. No word on whether Dina Manzo will make a guest appearance. Bravo has released a description of the show, according to the Inquisitr.

“Caroline Manzo of The Real Housewives of New Jersey attempts to be the ring leader of her crazy Italian family. Her children are driving her more nuts than ever as Albie is single and ready to mingle, Chris is eager to come up with the best idea since the stripper/car wash, and Lauren has finally let Vito put a ring on it. Meanwhile, husband, Al Sr., has no tolerance for all these shenanigans. It’s one crowded house filled with laughter and personality…and maybe a few rounds of the Ham Game,” reveals the statement.
