Model/Actress Ali Landry, remembered by some as the Doritos Girl from her 1998 Super Bowl commercial, has given birth to her second child, a boy named Marcelo Alejandro.
Born Saturday in Los Angeles, baby Marcelo – who tipped the scales at 8 pounds and measured 21 inches long – joins Landry and her husband Alejandro Monteverde’s 4-year-old daughter, Estela.
“[Estela is] really excited,” Landry told CeleBuzz.com of her daughter’s thoughts on her pregnancy. “She knows there’s a baby coming and that she’s going to be my little helper. We’ll wait and see because she’s used to having all the attention and now she’s going to have to share it.”
During her second pregnancy, the 38-year-old former Miss USA winner had plenty of fellow celebrity moms to lean on.
According to US Weekly, Landry met monthly with other famous moms – including Alison Sweeney, Denise Richards, and Candace Cameron Bure – to share parenting tips over a potluck dinner.
Coming in November, you can watch those gatherings for yourself when the TV Guide Network’s new show, Hollywood Moms’ Club, premieres.
In case you haven’t seen it, here is the famous Doritos commercial that helped launch Ali Landry’s career.
