Fergie and Josh Duhamel finally got married
The long-awaited wedding of Fergie and Josh Duhamel finally took place in Malibu California on Saturday, Jan 10.
The ceremony has been described as having a white fantasy theme and the exhanging of vows took place under magnolias, and the venue was filled with thousands of white roses, People magazine is reporting.
Fergie, 33, who is not usually famous for her class and sense of style, wore a Dolce & Gabbana gown Apparently it was a fitted, white ruched, corseted wedding gown with a mesh tulle overlay, spaghetti straps and a long train. The veil was also designed by Dolce & Gabbana.
Duhamel, 36, also wore Dolce & Gabbana, as did the 10 bridesmaids who were in black dresses and the matching groomsmen in black suits and white ties.
Fergie sings with her band the Black Eyed Peas, and Josh Duhamel is the star of the Las Vegas televison series. The pair met on the set of Las Vegas in 2004 when Fergies guest starred, and they got engaged in 2007.
People is also reporting that Fergie carried a bouquet of white flowers studded with crystals. The couple exchanged H.Stern rings, with each band engraved with special personal messages by the bride and groom. Her engagement ring had a round, 4-carat brilliant cut diamond set amid other diamonds, with colors ranging from white to cognac. A narrow colored diamond wedding band was designed to match. Duhamel’s ring was made of 18K white gold with a brush finish.
Guests included Rebecca Romijn and Jerry O’Connell, Mario Lopez, Stacy Keibler, Kid Rock, Slash, Kate Hudson he members of Black Eyed Peas including will.i.am, and Duhamel’s Las Vegas costars James Caan, Molly Sims and Vanessa Marcil.
