Well it appears that she wasn’t able to keep her amorous feelings for her boyfriend under control. Not only was she seen by drinkers in Yates’ Wine Lodge but also passer-bys had the pleasure of watching as she performed oral sex on her boyfriend. Not just once mind you but three times. During one of those times the boyfriend; Liam Dougherty, even had a conversation with a passing homeless man.

what is even better – depending on your viewpoint I guess – is that the whole thing was caught on CCTV and was used in the trial of Emma Modrate as evidence. Modrate was given a 12-month community service order after pleading guilty to outraging public indecency.
