‘Real Housewives’ Star Teresa Giudice Issues Statement On Behalf Of Family Prior To Sentencing

The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice and her husband, Joe Giudice, may have pleaded guilty to a large list of fraud charges earlier this year, but their respective sentencing dates have been postponed several times, giving them both more time with the family. While some feel that this is unfair, Teresa is thankful for having her husband at home with her. Joe could face years behind bars and possible deportation. Bravo is hoping to film all of the details for The Real Housewives of New Jersey.

But Joe isn’t the only one facing time in jail. She has pleaded guilty to a handful of charges and she is hoping that the judge will give her house-arrest or probation, so she can continue to raise the couple’s four daughters. It is definitely possible that she would want to film The Real Housewives of New Jersey to ensure an income stream for the family.

According to a new Bravo report, The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Joe Giudice has been keeping a low profile since pleading guilty. Since he doesn’t have social media profiles, it is easy for Joe to stay out of the comments and the rumors circulating about his family. Teresa, on the other hand, issued a statement via Bravo in regards to her upcoming sentencing.

“Wow. I really have so much to say. I will share, but I’m getting ready for the biggest day of our lives. I will be sharing when I can. But now is the time when I need to focus on the next ten days and not comment on the episodes. I love the show. I love my fans. I will be telling you all along with my Bravo family very soon,” The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa revealed in the only statement released from both her and Joe.

Of course, Joe Giudice came on The Real Housewives of New Jersey reunion briefly last year to discuss anything he could in regards to the legal issues, and he denied doing anything wrong. Months later, he pleaded guilty along with his wife. This year, the Real Housewives of New Jersey reunion has yet to be filmed. It is possible that Bravo wants to include the aftermath of the sentencing as part of the show.

According to The Inquisitr, it is possible that Joe Giudice will be without a wife as soon as he is sentenced. There have been rumors that she will file for divorce, which could provide yet another storyline for her to secure her role on The Real Housewives of New Jersey. She is in a similar situation as Phaedra Parks from The Real Housewives of Atlanta, who will have to decide whether she wants to stand by her husband, Apollo Nida. He was recently sentenced to eight years behind bars for identity theft and fraud.

Joe Giudice probably won’t issue any comments in regards to the sentencing which is scheduled to take place in less than two weeks. Teresa, on the other hand, has promised to explain everything. She even said she would write a book about it all for her Real Housewives of New Jersey fans.

Are you surprised that The Real Housewives of New Jersey stars are keeping a low profile before sentencing?
