Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez Show Affection At LA Church After Weekend Of Dates [Video]
Selena Gomez was spotted resting her head on Justin Bieber’s shoulder while attending Hillsong Church in Los Angeles last night, capping off a weekend of romantic dates.
The couple that prays together, stays together?
The pair were spotted by eyewitnesses and captured in photos taken by others among the turnout for Pastor Carl Lentz’s service on Sunday, September 21. Many tweeted pics and details of their Jelena encounter.
Justin, 20, is friends with Lentz – who is famed for his relatable preaching style – and has previously attended services at Hillsong NYC and hung out with Lentz on other occasions.

Back in June, TMZ reported Lentz baptized the Canadian in New York during a particularly stressful time for the star.
The “Confident” singer and “Come & Get It” songstress were also seen at bible study back in June during a string of dates, and twice in August at The City Church, Los Angeles.

The on-off lovebirds’ church date comes after their visit to Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights in Universal City on Saturday evening. They were accompanied by friends including Lentz, videographer Alfredo Flores, Shots co-founder John Shahidi, Ryan Butler and his girlfriend Ashley Guindon, Xavier “Lil Za” Smith, a female assistant and security, according to social media postings.
Fans and bystanders at Horror Nights – which opened its “doors” Friday – tweeted snaps of famous twosome.
One fan posted videos of Justin and Lentz playing a fairground game, noting in the caption that the singer won a prize for Selena.

The night before their Universal City date, Selena was by her boyfriend’s side at the Nobu Los Angeles restaurant on Friday night, dining with pals after the first day of Justin’s music video shoot with Australian teen star Cody Simpson and legendary director Wayne Isham.
The duo is reportedly just days away from releasing the first single from their November-dropping duets album.
In an Instagram photo re-posted by Bieber’s tour musical director and lead guitarist, Dan Kanter, the actress-singer is seen standing in front of her beau, with friends in what looks like a private dining room at Nobu.
Kanter wrote, “#repost @justinstirling Nobu dinner with the crew #yellowtailjalapeno (sic).”
Cody is also in the photo, wearing the same clothes seen in Friday social media postings and a pic tweeted by videographer Alfredo Flores, taken at Nobu Friday/early Saturday.

Kanter, guitarist Andrew Watt and Simpson shared the same picture taken at Nobu on Friday.
Last week, fans got a glimpse of Jelena’s new-found domestic bliss in a cooking video the Biebs posted last Thursday.
The next day, Justin followed the Latina starlet on Instagram (she returned the follow). The visible reigniting of the couple’s relationship last month and this weekend’s dates, negates recent speculation that they had broken up over a (later) source denied and gossip site-driven, alleged cheating rumor.
(The big question: Justin has allegedly asked Selena to move in with him.)
At press time, The Biebs’ latest Instagram shows a picture of a roaring fire, and a caption possibly inspired by something he and Selena heard at church last night.
Justin wrote: “To start something new you have to stop something old. What are you living for? What is your calling? Set standards and boundaries #begreat.”
