Teresa Giudice Pregnant? Are Teresa And Joe Hoping Baby #5 Will Keep Them Out Of Jail?

Is Teresa Giudice pregnant? That was a going rumor on Wednesday… but only for a couple of hours. Despite a report that The Real Housewives of New Jersey star was expecting her fifth child with husband Joe Giudice, Teresa’s rep has denied the rumors, calling them “false in every way.” According to Us Weekly, the story was put out by InTouch Weekly, giving an implication that a baby might sway the judge’s decision about whether or not to send the two to jail for fraud. However, there isn’t a pregnancy to take into consideration (and even if there was, a judge may not base a decision on that information).

“Teresa does not know if she is going to prison and would not have [a] baby, nor would anybody, under the circumstances described,” said the Giudice’s crisis manager Wendy Feldman.

Teresa Giudice already has four daughters with Joe. Gia, 13, Gabriella, 11, and Milania, 8, and Audriana, 5, are a huge part of Teresa and Joe’s lives, and Teresa seems to be hoping that a judge will sentence her to probation and/or house arrest so that she may remain in her daughter’s lives on a full time basis. Again, that’s not something that a judge would take into consideration, but there’s still some hope there for Teresa — and her fans.

As previously reported by The Inquisitr, Joe and Teresa seem willing to do whatever they need to do to get themselves out of this mess and to right their wrongs. Not only have there been rumors that the couple is going to split pending the sentencing outcome (because it might be better for the family financially), the pair also listed all of their property for sale. Last week, Teresa and Joe put their Towaco, New Jersey, mansion on the market for $3.99 million. About a week later, they listed their beach home (for about $300,000) and even their boat for sale.

According to Perez Hilton, Teresa Giudice and her husband Joe are going to need the cash from the sales of their properties to pay their court fees, attorney fees, and possible restitution. Also, if Joe is sentenced to prison and Teresa is not, the money will help Teresa pay for things for her kids. It’s not going to be easy living on one income, that’s for sure.
