Single Khloe Kardashian: Family Is Worried About Her Rekindling Love With Lamar Odom
Khloe Kardashian may have been quick to get back into the dating game after filing for divorce from her estranged husband, Lamar Odom, but she is far from ready to settle down again. Rumor has it that she recently dumped her boyfriend, French Montana, because he was getting ready to take the next step in their relationship. But since Khloe is still working out the details of her divorce from Odom, she isn’t ready to buy a home and get a white picket fence.
Now that Khloe Kardashian is single, her family is supposedly expressing concern. Kris Jenner is worried that her daughter will decide to try and work things out with Lamar, even though the marriage was clearly not a great one for Khloe. She recently revealed on an episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians that she had often turned a blind eye to his cheating.
According to a new Hollywood Life report, Khloe Kardashian is now being protected by her mother, who is worried that Khloe will be taking two steps backwards instead of moving forward in any capacity.
“Kris is worried sick that Khloe will take Lamar back now that she’s done with French,” a friend has revealed, adding, “Kris thinks Khloe is very vulnerable right now and the last thing she needs to do is jump back into a relationship with Lamar. Kris always feared this would happen because she knew, as Khloe’s mother, that her daughter wasn’t over Lamar. Call it a mother’s instinct.”
Perhaps, Khloe Kardashian just needs some time to heal. Since she never really got closure from her failed marriage, it is possible that she would go back to Odom in hopes of getting some answers. But Jenner feels that healing could be done in other ways.
“Kris feels that Khloe needs to stay single and just heal, something she never really did because she got so hot and heavy with French Montana, which Kris thinks was a total distraction,” the friend adds.
There have been rumors that French Montana may have cheated on Khloe Kardashian, which is why she wants to take a break from him, according to The Inquisitr. But other reports claim that she just wants to take it easy. Instead of dating, Kardashian has been focusing on herself and hitting the gym to really shape up after splitting with her husband.
