Sandra Bullock Depressed By George Clooney, Amal Alamuddin Wedding

George Clooney was one of Hollywood’s most famous bachelors before he finally decided to tie the knot with Amal Alamuddin.

But his plight as a single-man saw him break many a heart along the way, and it would appear that one his alleged conquests, Sandra Bullock, is still struggling to get over her Gravity co-star.

Bullock has apparently been so depressed by Clooney’s impending nuptials that she has been on the prowl to land herself a new man. Celeb Dirty Laundry have reported that Bullock has had a crush on Clooney for several years, and the fact that he is one of numerous other celebrities set to tie the knot this year has forced her to search for a new love.

Bullock has also acquired the assistance of her good friend, Chelsea Handler, to help with her dating pursuits, according to OK! Magazine‘s upcoming print edition.

A source informed the publication: “Chelsea and her divorced gal-pal Sandra Bullock were recently spotted chatting up single men at West Hollywood’s Soho House.” The insider also revealed that Bullock actually finds it quite hard to begin conversing with single men, so she benefits from having the extroverted former talk-show host by her side.

“Sandra can be introverted,” they added. “So she loved going out with Chelsea because she is so outgoing. Chelsea helps her meet guys.”

While promoting Gravity, Clooney and Bullock partook in some extra flirty banter. Back in November 2013 Bullock insisted that she didn’t want to bed the former ER star, which then led to Clooney teasing, “She may say that she’s not all that attracted to me, but she call every night, three in the morning, drunk, ‘Hey, George, what are you doing?’ It’s non-stop. And then I just send her a bottle of tequila.”

These comments were provoked after the actress denied that there had been sparks between the pair when on set. “He’s not everyone’s cup of tea,” she declared at the time. “We’ve known each other for so long, sexy is gone. Not that he’s not sexy because he is very, very handsome. If you like that kind of dashing, charming, smart, talented, successful kind of thing.”

Most recently, Bullock was linked to Chris Evans, the star of Captain America: The Winter Solider, while she was also linked to Hugh Grant back in June too. Bullock was previously married to Jesse James, but their divorce back in 2010 was so bitter that it left the actress severely traumatized.
