‘RHOC’ Tamra Barney Has Heated Exchange With Woman In Court During Custody Hearing

Tamra Barney isn’t having the best time of her life right now while going through a custody battle involving her three children. She got into a heated exchange with a woman who’s supposedly making the situation more difficult –the new girlfriend of Tamra’s ex-husband, Simon Barney.

Radaronline reports that an explosive interaction between the Real Housewives of Orange County star and Simon’s girlfriend, Catushia Lenni, occurred Wednesday afternoon in an Orange County courtroom. The two women had a catfight when their arguing reached epic proportions.

The issue at hand had to do with Catushia secretly videotaping Tamra while she was with her daughter at the first day of school. When Tamra’s husband, Eddie Judge, pretended to record Catushia, Tamra taunted her.

“How do you like it?” Tamra yelled at her.

“I didn’t take video of you!” Catushia shouted back. “I don’t need a picture of your ugly f**king face!” Catushia responded.

Simon told Catushia that Tamra was being a “loudmouth.”

Tamra tells Radaronline herself that she’s appalled at her ex-husband’s girlfriend.

“It’s his girlfriend, she’s 20 years younger than he is! She started as his girlfriend, now she’s a live-in nanny!”

The next court date is October 9 in the custody battle over Simon and Tamra’s children: Sophia, 8, Spencer, 13, and Sydney, 15. For now Tamra Barney sees it as a legal victory because a lot of the evidence Simon believes he has that proves she’s a negligent mother won’t be used in court.

“From what [my attorney] said, it’s really good new.

“From what I’ve been told most of the evidence Simon claimed to have has been taken out.”

According to what the judge said, they’re “limited of what the evidence is going to be.”

Among some of the accusations Simon Barney is throwing around is that there wasn’t food in the house, the kids weren’t wearing clean clothes and they were allegedly returned to him with bugs in their hair. Tamra says her ex brought in tapes that had every episode of RHOC on them for the hearing.

“It’s a shame we are having to continue it. It’s all so silly. It’s a waste of court resources and taxpayers money. It’s unfortunate it has to be dragged on.

“Simon’s been treating this like it’s a murder trial. He’s carrying in his big boxes. He has boxes of videotapes of every episode of [RHOC].”

In other headlines that Tamra is making, her contract renewal for Real Housewives is still unclear. Terry Dubrow tells RumorFix that Bravo isn’t getting rid of Tamra Barney because she’s very “real.”
