Phaedra Parks Divorce: Splitting For Good? Rep For Phaedra Confirms Apollo Nida Threatened Her

Rumors that Phaedra Parks will divorce Apollo Nida are very probable at this point. The Real Housewives of Atlanta star’s husband was due to report at FMC Lexington prison in Kentucky by noon Wednesday and he failed to turn himself over to the feds. As The Inquisitr just reported, Apollo disregarded the order and planned a strategic attack to get back at his wife for not putting money into his prison account and refusing to take their sons to visit him in prison.

Everything was captured on camera and fans will see the footage on RHOC in season 7.

Phaedra’s rep, Steve Honig, confirms the incident to Radaronline:

“Phaedra is now putting all of her energy into ensuring the well-being of her two children and making decisions that are in their best interests. This situation has put a tremendous strain on Phaedra and her family, and she is working hard to bring back a sense of normalcy to everyone’s lives.”

No details were released by Honig about the incident, but it sounds like Phaedra is taking serious action.

A source for Radaronline claims that Parks felt threatened.

“Apollo came out of nowhere and ran around the house like a lunatic. It was pretty frightening.”

The whole thing made Phaedra visibly upset, according to the insider.

“Phaedra was understandably terrified and shaken up by the ordeal.”

An eyewitness tells TMZ, the source that first reported the news Wednesday night, that Nida was “demanding property.” The witness claims Nida stormed into the master bedroom and began cramming stuff in a big bag.

The source explains to TMZ that Phaedra Parks warned Apollo Nida that she was going to call the police and he didn’t care.

“What the f*** is the matter with you? I don’t give a f*** about the police, call them, I dare you.”

By the time police arrived, Apollo had already fled the scene, Radaronline goes on to report.

Both celebrity news sites say a warrant for Apollo’s arrest will be issued for not turning himself over to authorities by noon Wednesday.

Nida is sentenced to eight years in prison for being convicted of bank fraud and identity theft. Ever since his association in criminal activity was discovered earlier this year, divorce rumors for Phaedra and Apollo have saturated headlines. Speculations have been justifiable since the pair have a huge strain in their marriage. Add to that, Apollo bluntly saying that he doesn’t believe their marriage will endure his prison sentence. Phaedra didn’t show up at her husband’s sentencing hearing, which spoke volumes.
