Chris Harrison Shares His Thoughts On ‘Bachelors In Paradise’

Chris Harrison has hosted all of the episodes of The Bachelor and The Bachelorette, so he has gotten to know many of the contestants. He may have even played a role in matching people up on the show, including deciding when the contestants should walk onto the beach and meet the other contestants.

Chris Harrison has experience hosting these summer shows as he has also hosted Bachelor Pad, where former contestants fought it out for $250,000. But the contestants were playing dirty, using love as a tactic to get closer to the money. So rather than making money a motivating factor, Harrison and producers decided to put a group of people in Mexico to help them find love.

According to a new tweet, Chris Harrison is now revealing that he had a great time filming the first season of Bachelors in Paradise. The show clearly worked, as two couples found love. Marcus Grodd and Lacy Faddoul got engaged on the season finale, and they remain together. Michelle Money and Cody Sattler also found love, which was the big surprise for viewers.

“Damn what a great first season of #BachelorInParadise thank you #BachelorNation I love you,” Chris Harrison tweeted after the show ended last night.

Bachelors in Paradise was such a big hit that ABC has ordered another season of the show for the upcoming summer season. It is possible that two additional shows will air before that, as The Bachelor is scheduled to return in January. This year, Andi Dorfman’s season of The Bachelorette started shortly after Juan Pablo’s journey ended, so a Bachelorette show could air before the season second of Bachelors in Paradise airs in the summer of 2015.

Chris Harrison may already have some ideas of who he would want to bring to Mexico next year for a follow-up season. Hopefully the producers won’t bring back Jesse Kovacs, as he clearly went to Mexico with the goal of hooking up with girls.

According to The Inquisitr, Chris Harrison has admitted to influencing Michelle Money in her romance with Cody. Money was questioning whether this relationship was right for her, because he was so in love with her already. Michelle decided to jump in with both feet, and Chris Harrison may have been big influence in her decision, even though the conversation was not filmed for the show.

Do you think Chris Harrison is excited that Bachelors in Paradise will return next summer with a brand new cast?
