Ask.com Finishes Lexico Purchase

Ask.com has officially finished its purchase of Dictionary.com, Thesaurus.com, and Reference.com.

The acquisition — first announced back in May — is now a done deal, with the full parent company Lexico now under Ask.com’s control.

The companies still haven’t disclosed a price, though some reports have put it in the $100 million range.
