Kendra Wilkinson Divorce: Is Kendra Trying To ‘Fix’ Her Marriage, Or Is She Faking It?
Kendra Wilkinson still has not filed for divorce from her cheating husband, Hank Baskett, and many are wondering what’s really going on. According to OK! Magazine, Kendra has reached out to her estranged father to help her fix her broken marriage. While Kendra was apparently ready to kick Hank to the curb, she wanted to talk to her dad first, and apparently he made her realize that getting a divorce and raising her two children (4-year-old Hank IV and 4-month-old Alijah) alone wasn’t necessarily the answer.
“Kendra comes from a broken home. Seeing her dad was a real wake-up call,” explained a source. The “emotional” reunion — which was undoubtedly filmed for Kendra’s reality show Kendra On Top — had Kendra thinking twice about kicking Hank to the curb.
Kendra Wilkinson does not have an easy decision to make. While it might seem like a no-brainer (your husband cheated on you. Leave him), Kendra has two young children to think about. Being unhappy in a marriage is one thing, but if Kendra can find a way to make it work for the sake of her children, that would be somewhat admirable. Children need their parents, and growing up in a broken home isn’t any fun, and can cause behavioral issues, anxiety, depression, and other problems.
According to KpopStarz, Kendra may still get a divorce. She and Hank have reportedly been “faking it” for television ratings, and keeping quiet to build anticipation for Kendra On Top which premieres on Friday, October 3. The preview for the new season is very emotional, and it does seem like Kendra and Hank are going to air out their dirty laundry on the show, which translates to good ratings, and maybe another season, which many believe is the ultimate goal here.
Kendra Wilkinson has gone silent on social media since word of Hank’s affair got out. As previously reported by The Inquisitr, Kendra isn’t saying anything because she wants to ensure that people watch her show. Of course this is a main source of income for her, and since Hank has left the NFL, she really needs the money — especially if she decides to divorce him.
“Kendra was more than likely told to keep her mouth shut, in hopes of huge viewership when Kendra on Top returns to television. People who don’t even care about Kendra and Hank might find themselves tuning in, just to see all of this play out right in their living rooms.”
