Lava Lamp Webcam, For Hours of Complete Boredom

We’ve seen puppies and Christmas lights online in recent months, and now we can add lava lamps to the list.

The lava lamp webcam offers shots from two lava lamps. Unlike recent contestants on the “internet was made for this” front, it’s a traditional webcam, not a stream, so you don’t get to watch the lava lamps live, instead you get a static shot updated every ten seconds.

There’s even a YouTube video about how it’s being done (below). Apparently the cam’s owner picked the lava lamp over sea monkeys; I wouldn’t have made the same call.
