Did Jenelle Evans’ Mom Reveal That She Still Doesn’t Trust Her Daughter?

Jenelle Evans gave up custody of Jace on the first season of Teen Mom, because she wasn’t capable of taking care of her son on her own. Her mother took over custody, but it has been a battle for Jenelle to get him back. This summer, Evans gave birth to her second son, Kaiser, and she has been trying to get her family together under one roof.

Jenelle Evans continues to fight for Jace, but on yesterday’s episode of Teen Mom, Evans’ mother Barbara wasn’t thrilled with the idea. She didn’t think that Jenelle’s home was the right place for Jace, because Evans and Nathan kept fighting.

According to a new tweet, Jenelle Evans is now revealing that her mother may still have trust issues with her. On the episode, Barbara said that Jenelle didn’t have experience in taking care of Jace, so she would send him away if she needed to.

“Why would my mom threaten to send him away when he could simply just come live with me?! #JustSayin #TeenMom2,” Jenelle Evans tweeted as the episode was airing.

Of course, many fans of the show had plenty of comments about why Barbara wouldn’t want to sign over custody of Jace to her daughter. Even on the show, she questioned what she would do when Jace and Kaiser will fight in the future.

Jenelle thinks that Jace’s outbursts are just due to him being frustrated or misunderstood, but her mother is furious at Jenelle for questioning her parenting.

“You don’t live here, you never raised him, don’t tell me what to do!” Barbara yelled at Jenelle, clearly showing that she has full control over Jace.

This is far from the first time that Evans and her mother have argued over Jace. Evans hasn’t dated the right guys, which has caused her mother to keep the boy for herself. But Jenelle has made valiant efforts to change her life.

According to The Inquisitr, Jenelle has been trying to work on herself after giving birth to Kaiser. She has been taking care of him, breastfeeding him and even attending school while having the newborn at home. She is proving to both herself and her mother that she is ready for more responsibility.

Evans is even trying to eat better for the sake of her child, something her boyfriend Nathan Griffith is in full support of. He is known for working out and being focused on his fitness, so it isn’t surprising that he wants her to be healthy.
