Jolie Wedding Ring: Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt Wedding Ring Details Emerge
Angelina Jolie is wearing a new wedding ring, as is her husband, Brad Pitt! According to Yahoo! News, Jolie and Pitt had their luxury wedding rings designed by Robert Procop. The couple has formed a close relationship with Procop over the years, as they have worked together on several occasions. For starters, Jolie worked with Procop in 2010 for a jewelry collection that helped raise money for charity. Pitt turned to Procop in 2011-2012, knowing that his wife loved his work, to help him create the perfect engagement ring for her. At the time, Procop described Pitt’s wishes, and the 16-carat bauble he helped create.
“Brad had a specific vision for this ring, which he realized over a yearlong collaboration. He wanted every aspect of it to be perfect, so I was able to locate a diamond of the finest quality and cut it to an exact custom size and shape to suit Angelina’s hand. Brad was always heavily involved, overseeing every aspect of the creative design evolution.”
Jolie now has a wedding ring in addition to that engagement ring, since she and Brad Pitt secretly got married in France over the weekend. As previously reported by The Inquisitr, the couple kept things very intimate when they exchanged their “I do’s” at Chateau Miraval. It was later reported that there were only about 20 guests in attendance (Jolie’s dad, Jon Voight, was not one of them). The Brangelina bunch (meaning the couple’s six children) played a very large role in their parents’ big day.
“Zahara, 9, and Vivienne, 6, were on flower-petal-throwing duty. Maddox, 13, and Pax, 11, walked the bride down the aisle. Knox, 6, and Shiloh, 8, were honorary ring bearers.”
But back to Jolie’s wedding ring. No one has actually posted a photo of her new wedding band, but chances are it’s very timeless and classy. Knowing Jolie and Pitt’s style, the ring very well might be a simple band, perhaps with an engraved message on the inside.
According to Us Weekly, Brad Pitt was spotted proudly wearing his wedding band. The actor attended a photo call for the film Fury at the Bovington Tank Museum in Dorset, England. On his left ring finger? What looked to be a gold ring. It does appear rather thick in the photos, however, and there is a chance there are a few diamonds in it as well.
