Mariah Carey has re-recorded and re-released Hero, her most famous song, the song that makes normally sane people want to take dull, rusty, blunt objects and never mind.
The re-release is quite different to the original and has fans in a flap. Fans are bitterly divided with some calling the re-record sh*t and inquiring as to Mariah’s health.
If you are brave enough to to listen to it, please remove your shoe laces and any sharp objects prior to pressing play.
Let me know what you think is it a) crapper than the original b) margianlly less crap than the orginal or c) who cares its a sh*t song.

i like this version alot ; she put her R&B voice in it as opposed to the original where she was kinda going through her voice development stage; how come my copy of the ballads came with this version?????????????????????????????????

A little crappier than the original. Voice is a little creaky, but she pulled it off. Sometimes when artists improvise or take “creative license” the results are not as good as the original. It still was a genius move though, how else would she be relevant.
