‘Big Brother 16’ Spoilers: The Week 9 POV Ceremony Takes Place
Big Brother 16 is now in week 9, and fans have been hopeful that something big would transpire heading into the next eviction. Nicole made it back into the BB16 house from the jury, but would it shake things up at all? The Power of Veto ceremony took place Monday, and fans are anxious for Big Brother spoilers about just what went down. Who seems likely to be headed to the jury this week?
As Big Brother Network noted, Big Brother spoilers from the live feeds reveal that Cody won the Power of Veto over the weekend, but he did not use it Monday. Donny and Nicole remain on the block, nominated for eviction. While Cody played with the idea of putting Frankie up on the block, Derrick of course talked him out of it. This certainly would have been a huge move, but Cody didn’t grab onto the opportunity. It will be interesting to see if they come to regret passing up the chance this week.
Though it is a wee bit possible that Nicole could go over Donny this week, at this point that doesn’t look likely. As much as BB16 fans adore Donny, the houseguests see him as a threat and feel that they need to get him out of the house. Even if for some reason Derrick and company decided to evict Nicole before Donny, it sadly seems that it’s just a matter of time at this point before they both are gone. Donny is pretty aware of it, but fans have seen that he hasn’t given up yet.
Derrick, Cody, and Caleb have been talking about a final three, and they seem to have a plan all laid out for the upcoming evictions. Will the rest of Big Brother 16 remain so predictable that Derrick can continue to run the game and pick off the other houseguests at will? Though host Julie Chen loves to tease that players need to “expect the unexpected,” so far there has been little going on that wasn’t expected by the viewers. If ever there was a time for the show to shake things up, it is now.
As Buddy TV notes, Big Brother spoilers from the live feeds indicate that Derrick has even told Donny that he’s probably going to be evicted this week. Of course, Donny doesn’t know the extent to which Derrick has fully orchestrated this, and Donny is the only one who really saw through Derrick’s control of the house at all. Just as was the case last week, the BB16 players are already looking ahead a week, or even two, figuring that this week’s eviction is set in stone.
Will there be any surprises ahead before the winner of season 16 is determined? Does Derrick deserve to win based on his control of the game? Who will win fan favorite?
