Hayden Panettiere Nominates Her Unborn Child For Ice Bucket Challenge

Hayden Panettiere confirmed to the world that she is pregnant, but that isn’t what fans are talking about. The 24-year-old actress decided that she wanted to nominate her unborn child to take part in the Ice Bucket Challenge, and fans are wondering how that works exactly.

Hayden Panettiere decided that she wasn’t going to let her pregnancy stand in the way of participating in the wildly popular Ice Bucket Challenge, and with the help of her good friend, Derek Hough, she was able to catch the adorable moment for fans to see:

According to E! News, Panettiere accepted the challenge and took a bucket of ice water over the head all in the name of charity! In the video posted by Derek Hough, Panettiere said the following:

“I accept the ALS Challenge and I re-nominate Kasey Musgraves, you’re not getting out of this, Wladimir Klitschko and my unborn child.”

Shortly after naming her nominations, Hough dumped the ice cold water over Hayden Panettiere, and even managed to splash a little on himself. The water was so cold that Panettiere had to bite back a curse according to US Weekly.

While reports claim that Hayden Panettiere confirmed her pregnancy by partaking in the Ice Bucket Challenge, the actress’s pregnancy has been known for quite some time. According to a previous report by The Inquisitr, a very pregnant Panettiere was spotted out and about in a tiny, striped bikini that showed off her growing baby bump.

The Nashville actress has kept relatively quiet when it comes to her pregnancy with fiancé Wladimir Klitschko. While many women will take to their social media accounts to talk about and share images of their pregnancy and growing belly’s, Panettiere has kept most of that offline. That is until she took to Twitter to joke about a photo of her exposed belly:

What do fans think of Hayden Panettiere’s Ice Bucket Challenge?

So the big question is, since Hayden Panettiere nominated her unborn child before taking on the challenge, does that mean her baby took the challenge along with her? It’s a silly question, but since the little bun in the oven can’t accept the challenge on its own, I think it’s safe to say that Panettiere’s acceptance worked for both her and her baby!
