Jennifer Lawrence, Chris Martin ‘Dating For Months’

Jennifer Lawrence has joined Hollywood’s Merry-Go-Round of love.

The Independent is reporting that Lawrence and Martin have been dating since June, the same month Lawrence broke up with Nicholas Hoult after a two-year relationship that included a first breakup, and reconciliation. Lawrence, 24, was seen at a Coldplay concert at the Royal Albert Hall in London with Martin in July, and the pair were flirting quite heavily. During the concert, Martin made a Hunger Games reference and blew a kiss to Lawrence sitting in the VIP section, according to witnesses. Multiple sources have stated Lawrence and Martin have been spending quality time together since June.

Hoult, 24, is now reported dating Twilight star Kristin Stewart, also 24.

This is a departure for Martin, 37, who is in the throws of his conscious uncoupling (divorce) from estranged wife Gwyneth Paltrow, 41. The two have been consciously coupled (married) for the past 10 years, consciously producing two children, daughter Apple, 10, and son Moses, 8. The biggest difference for Martin is Paltrow is a conscious healthy person, eating and exercising properly. Lawrence is an avowed smoker and junk food eater.

A source told The Sun on Sunday’s newspaper: “Chris feels he’s dating someone who has everything he’s been missing out on in the past 11 years,” reports the Mirror.

“Jennifer doesn’t take herself too seriously and when she is not filming she just wants to hang out and have a good time.” Lawrence is said to have given the 37-year-old musician a “new lease of life” and the pair can’t stop laughing when they are together. According to sources, Jen and Chris have spent the last six weeks texting each other and he showed her how much she meant to him by buying her a number of gifts for her birthday on Friday.

Yet, there seems to be no animosity between Paltrow and Martin, who are still quite friendly and living together since their uncoupling. Paltrow and Martin have been seen together a few times, including while vacationing in the East Hamptons.

If there is a point of contention between Martin and Paltrow, it’s Paltrow’s new love interest, Glee co-creator Brad Falchuk. Paltrow and Falchuk met while Paltrow was filming the show. Soon after, Falchuk left his wife Suzanne, in March of this year. Paltrow and Falchuk spent their vacation in Utah earlier this year.

A source added: “Chris is a sensitive guy and it hurts him to see her moving on so quickly. They’ve not waged a war on each other but certainly Chris wishes she had kept things quiet.”

Martin may want to remember that all is not fair on the Hollywood Merry-Go-Round of love.
