‘Big Brother 16’ Spoilers: Week 8 POV Ceremony Could Lead To Big Fireworks

Who is going to be evicted in week 8 of Big Brother 16? The target has already shifted once, and it looks like it has shifted a second time now that the Power of Veto competition has been held. Fans are anxious for Big Brother spoilers, and things got a bit wild overnight Saturday. The POV ceremony will be held Monday, and it could set the stage for a wild week 8 leading into Thursday’s eviction.

As Online Big Brother notes, Big Brother spoilers reveal that Frankie won the Power of Veto competition on Saturday, and this one had the Zingbot involved and going wild. It should be fun for viewers to watch this one play out on-screen, as Kathy Griffin was involved and some serious zings were tossed at Christine for her constant canoodling with Cody. There were some tears shed by her after the competition as she tried to justify that she’s not doing anything wrong with Cody. In addition, it seems that Cody and Christine continued their snuggling, despite the zings.

After the Battle of the Block competition, Caleb and Cody were left on the block. While heading into the POV competition it sounded as if Frankie would target Victoria if a renomination had to be made, the plans seemingly shifted Saturday night. As BB16 fans know, Derrick is working hard to get the attention off of Victoria as he’s aligned with her, but nobody else is aware of it. It would be a bad situation for Derrick to see Cody and Victoria up on the block. For a bit, at least, it looked like that could be the case.

Big Brother spoilers indicate that Frankie won the POV, so he gets to decide what happens. He had made it clear he plans to take Caleb off the block on Monday. During the day on Saturday, Frankie and Donny had some interesting talks that could turn into a bit of an alliance. Frankie even left out a lot of details regarding the talk when he and Derrick chatted later. It would be interesting if, say, Donny, Frankie and Zach were to align, but later discussions Saturday made it seem that this potential trio is unlikely to come together.

As Big Brotherspoilers from Big Brother Network reveal, Caleb floated the idea to Frankie of putting Zach on the block, and Frankie seems to be embracing it. Caleb promised that all of the guys are on-board with the idea of evicting Zach, and Frankie said he’d been thinking about the idea already. So much for Frankie and Zach being happily together again. The more the houseguests talk, the more set Frankie seems on putting Zach on the block. He even talks about having a house meeting about it so that Zach isn’t blindsided. From the sounds of things so far, this may take place on Monday if Frankie goes through with it.

The BB16 houseguests talking about the Zach eviction plan seem to be bracing themselves for a lot of drama. If it ends up being Zach and Cody on the block, it will certainly be interesting to see if the Zach eviction plan stays in place. Of course if some houseguests were smart, they would turn their attention to evicting Cody, but it seems unlikely the votes would be there to make it happen.

What would the biggest game move be for Frankie? His sister Ariana Grande has been tweeting her thoughts, and many Big Brother 2014 fans have to agree. She posted, “I’m a mess keeping up w this game…. wish I could tell @frankiejgrande telepathically to backdoor Derrick instead (sry derrick’s family).” Putting Derrick and Cody on the block together would really shake things up, but it doesn’t sound like Frankie is considering that move at all. Why does he want to target Zach? That much doesn’t really seem clear, but it does seem like he’d be shooting himself in the foot by doing it.

Of course what fans know, but the houseguests don’t know, is that the four Big Brother 2014 jury members will have a chance to get back in the game come Thursday night. Jocasta, Hayden, Nicole, and the week 8 evictee will face-off to return to the house. If Zach does become the houseguest evicted and immediately returned to the house, it could make for a wild week 9 as he scrambles and tries to shake things up.

Will Frankie Grande really put Zach on the block Monday when the week 8 Power of Veto ceremony is held? So far it looks like he’s sticking with that plan, and Zach is completely in the dark so far. Stay tuned for more Big Brother spoilers as the POV ceremony draws near and the houseguests react. Big Brother 16 airs on CBS on Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday nights.
