Iggy Azalea Nothing Like Me

Iggy Azalea’s Old ‘Nothing Like Me’ Music Video Comes Back To Haunt Her [Video]

Iggy Azalea haters, start your engines.

If you’ve always believed the Australian rapper was a little fake, then you’ll no doubt want to tell your friends all about the leaked music video from Iggy’s days as an admittedly uninspired wannabe pop star. Although Azalea probably wanted this thing to stay dead and buried, someone with access to the material felt the need to unearth the clip and upload it to YouTube. We’re sure she appreciates the gesture.

For those who never thought of Iggy Azalea as a legitimate rap artist, the video for “Nothing Like Me” will come as no surprise whatsoever. Instead of spitting lyrics like someone born and raised in the Dirty South, Iggy instead delves into the world of EDM-tinged pop music. Comparisons to Britney Spears aren’t entirely unwarranted. While it’s not a wholly embarrassing endeavor, it’s definitely not going to win or any new supporters. In fact, some fair-weather fans might scoff and write her off completely.

Check out the clip for Iggy’s “Nothing Like Me” below. While a rap career is seemingly far from the singer’s mind in the video, her famous curves are definitely on display.

According to Billboard, someone using the dubious handle “P O P” uploaded the old clip to YouTube earlier this month. Not surprisingly, it hasn’t taken long for the video to amass nearly 500,000 views and a slew of interesting comments.

Here’s how the YouTuber describes the clip:

“This music isn’t a new song! Is a older song with an label record that Iggy was almost signing. Now, Iggy is at Grand Hustle Records and ‘Nothing Like Me’ music/video has leaked.”

While Iggy Azalea has yet to officially comment on the leaked video, this hasn’t stopped folks from expressing their thoughts and feelings about “Nothing Like Me” on Twitter. Check out the handful of reactions to the tune below.
