‘Big Brother 2014’ Spoilers: Week 8 Nominations, Battle Of The Block Results Are Revealed
Just when fans thought Big Brother 2014 might be predictable in week 8, a nominee won a competition when it was quite truly necessary. Viewers watched Thursday night as Frankie and Derrick won the Head of Household positions, and now everybody wants Big Brother spoilers about the nominations and Battle of the Block. Donny was the top target heading into this week, but will the plan to evict him succeed?
As Big Brother Network notes, Friday afternoon, Big Brother spoilers were revealed via the live feeds that Frankie nominated Caleb and Cody, while Derrick nominated Christine and Donny. Fan favorite Donny Thompson was definitely the primary target here. Christine even planned to throw the Battle of the Block competition to ensure they both stayed on the nomination block so the rest of her alliance could evict him.
For the second week in a row, that type of plan failed miserably. Last week, Caleb tried to throw his Battle of the Block competition so Frankie could be evicted, and this week Christine failed. While viewers will have to tune in to the CBS show to see just how this competition played out, Christine and Donny won, which means they are no longer nominees. Donny Thompson is safe from eviction this week, much to the relief of many Big Brother 2014 fans.
Who will become the target instead? It will be quite interesting to see what happens with the Power of Veto competition, and Big Brother spoilers regarding that result should be available on Saturday. If the POV is used, Frankie’s only options for a renomination, as Buddy TV notes, are Derrick, Zach, or Victoria. Big Brother spoilers from the feeds reveal that Caleb and Derrick are already angling to get Zach up on the block. However, would Frankie go for that now that he and Zach have made up? You never know when it comes to Frankie.
From the buzz swirling around the house after the Battle of the Block win threw the plan off-course, Frankie seems to be looking to target Victoria. However, Derrick is hardly going to let that plan develop too far if there’s anything he can do about it. It may be tough to pull that one off though, as so far Frankie definitely does seem to be looking in that direction should he need to nominate someone else.
As viewers know, Thursday night the four jury members will compete to get a shot to return to the game. Will this change up the alliances and power in the house? It all depends on which houseguest returns, but that person certainly will have the odds stacked against them. Stay tuned for more Big Brother spoilers coming throughout the weekend.
