Alice Eve Engaged To High School Sweetheart Alex Cowper-Smith

Alice Eve is engaged to her high school sweetheart, Alex Cowper-Smith! The couple’s story is one for the grandchildren according to People Magazine. The couple reportedly first began dating as teenagers while attending the Westminster School in London.

Eve, 32, is known for her roles in Star Trek Into Darkness, Men in Black 3 and Sex and the City 2, and Smith is a U.K. financier and the two have had a thing for quite some time according to US Weekly. While Eve and Smith dated other people throughout the past few years, the two are ready to say their “I do’s” and be together forever.

While attending college at Oxford University, Eve briefly dated poet Adam O’Riordan until 2012 when the couple broke up and Eve joked about having a hard time finding a boyfriend according to US Weekly. It was then that Eve and Smith decided to rekindle their romance, and now they are celebrating their engagement!

Alice Eve isn’t the only celebrity to get engaged as of late! A previous report by The Inquisitr stated that Riley Keough, Elvis Presley’s granddaughter, was newly engaged to boyfriend Ben Smith-Petersen! News first broke of Keough’s engagement Wednesday morning when Petersen posted a photo of him and Keough to his Facebook page. The couple look as if they are enjoying some serious snuggle time while Keough shows off her flashy new engagement ring.

Keough was previously engaged to Magic Mike co-star Alex Pettyfer, but that relationship didn’t work out, but based on some insider information, Keough seems much happier with Petersen:

“They’re perfect for each other. Great people. So happy for them,” the source said. “They joked about having a dog ‘baby’ together now and how it was just a matter of time until they made it official.”

Just as fans began congratulating Keough on her new engagement via social media, fans of Alice Eve have begun doing the same:
