North West Modeling Debut: Kim Kardashian and Kanye West Daughter Rocks Chanel

North West has made her modeling debut. The 1-year-old daughter of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West looks adorable in a newly released photo.

“It’s never too early to care about fashion,” designer Karl Lagerfeld said of North West and her modeling debut.

The 14-month-old rocked a Chanel brooch and purse for her first professional photo shoot, People Magazine reports.

North’s portrait is a classic back-and-white photo, and can be seen in the fifth issue of style guide CR Fashion Book, the same magazine that Nori’s mother, Kim Kardashian, covered last year while pregnant.

According to the magazine’s website, North West’s modeling debut will be featured in a story titled “Legends,” which will celebrate “the unconventional side of fashion icon status.”

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s daughter may be young, but she’s already making waves in the fashion world, where her parents are very involved, and soon there could be another Kardashian/West baby to make a debut in the world. As previously reported by The Inquisitr, Kim and Kanye are already planning baby number two!

It seems that North West’s modeling debut may be the beginning of a career, or at least lifestyle, in fashion that will last the young celebrity throughout her life.

Kim Kardashian has often been seen talking about her specific style for little Nori on her reality show, Keeping Up with the Kardashians. North West has also made headline for rocking some seriously gorgeous diamond earrings that have made even the trendiest of (adult) fans envious.

Meanwhile, Kanye West has also left a mark on the fashion world. He and his new wife even charmed Anna Wintour and landed on the cover of Vogue in March, a spread in which North West made an appearance in as well.

Yes, it seems that North West’s modeling debut could open the doors to a long fashion career, and it seems that Kim Karashian and Kanye West would love that.

North West obviously has fashion in her genes, and with the guiding hands of her superstar parents, who knows what the future will hold for the tiny fashionista. Perhaps next we’ll see her wearing some of the Kardashian Kids collection in an ad?

However, not all fans are on board with North West’s modeling debut. Although the tot makes most of us say “aww,” other believe the young child is simply too young to be wearing diamonds and Chanel, and appearing in ads of adult fashion magazines.

It’s a tough call, but in the end, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have seemed to be very particular in what they’ve chosen for North’s young life. It will be fun, and interesting, to see what little Miss West does as she grows up.
