Mila Kunis Puts Los Angeles Home Up For Sale
Mila Kunis is ready to build a home with Ashton Kutcher and their baby. She recently put up her 5,000-square-foot mansion located at 3028 Paulcrest Drive in Los Angeles for sale.
The Mediterranean-style home has an open floor plan, dark hardwood floors, and beamed ceilings. Kunis bought the property in 2008 for $2.885 million and is now selling it for $3,995 million.
It seems that the expecting couple is preparing for their life together in their new home. According to Today, Kutcher already sold his bachelor pad in June and then bought a traditional house in Beverly Hills with Mila so that they could settle down with their soon-to-be-born baby.
Kunis’ Los Angeles home is situated on a private cul de sac in the middle of the Hollywood Hills. It has five bedrooms and five bathrooms, a porch, and a fireplace. Outside the home is a large pool complete with a spa and a poolside seating area and cabana.
Additional features include a state-of-the-art home movie theater that seats eight people and a Crestron security system. The Altman Brothers, Josh and Matt, from the hit television show Million-Dollar Listing LA, will be helping Kunis sell her home.
In an interview with W magazine, Kunis said that she never wanted to get married when she was younger.
“From the age of 12, I prepared my parents for not marriage. Then things changed—I found the love of my life. Now my theory on weddings is: Don’t invite anyone. Do it privately and secretly. My parents are okay with that. They’re just excited that I said yes.”
Kunis and Kutcher are one of the hottest couples in Hollywood at the moment. They are always followed by the paparazzi and are the usual topics in celebrity magazines. According to reports, the couple’s baby is due to arrive in late August or early September.
A source told People magazine that the couple is excited to welcome their baby.
“Ashton is a kid at heart. He can’t wait to do tons of stuff with the baby. Mila is feeling good and things are going smoothly. She does feel pretty big lately and can’t do much because it’s harder for her to move around.”
Kunis started taking spinning and Pilates classes during the first two trimesters of her pregnancy. On her third trimester, she has slowed down and has opted to walk around her neighborhood as exercise.
