Lindsay Lohan was snapped on a Miami Beach kissing a boy. Just don’t tell Samantha Ronson, she generally has issues with Lindsay kissing boys, no matter what the age.
Lohan was one of 2008′s most over exposed celebrities, and 2009 looks set to continue that way.
