Kate Middleton Banned From Meeting Angelina Jolie After Prince William Snub

Prince William has banned Kate Middleton from meeting Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt during a trip to Malta next month.

According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, William doesn’t want his wife to socialize with the Hollywood stars because he was previously snubbed by the pair back in 2011. During a visit to Los Angeles, Brad and Angelina are believed to have turned down the chance to meet up with the Prince, and now William has decided that they won’t be getting a second invitation.

William also thinks that being seen alongside Jolie won’t be good for Kate’s image, especially since pictures and videos of the actresses tumultuous past, which includes hard partying and drug taking, were unveiled just a few weeks ago.

It looks as though this request from her husband could cause a little bit of an argument between the pair because Middleton was thought to be really excited to finally meet up with Brad and Angelina. This is not only because of their celebratory status, but Kate is also a huge admirer of the pair’s charity work too.

Celeb Dirty Laundry has also added that Kate is still contemplating meeting up with the duo without going through the royal channels despite William’s thoughts on the matter, and that their coming together could still occur.

Over the last few weeks, various stories revealing just how strong-willed Middleton can be have emerged. Various reports have suggested that she has actually butted heads with the Queen on several occasions, most recently at the first birthday for Prince George.

Middleton defied the head of the British monarchy by orchestrating a Peter Rabbit-themed soiree for her son, which was then held at the family’s home in Kensington Palace. The Queen is thought to have instructed Middleton to throw an official celebration for her great-grandson at Balmoral Castle in Scotland. Kate thought this would be too overwhelming an event for her son and she decided that she wanted him to be able to relax and make a mess if he wanted.

The Queen ultimately attended the event, despite her protestations, and Life & Style magazine then reported that Middleton took this as a personal victory. The publication wrote, “(Kate) is savoring a sweet personal victory over the queen. She was raised in a very different way from her in-laws. Kate wanted his party to be modern, fun and all about George. If he wanted to throw cake and ice cream around, she wanted him to be able to do it.”
