Kate Winslet Steps Out In “Short Suit” at Venice Film Festival [Fall Fashion]

Actress Kate Winslet stepped out this weekend at the Venice Film Festival while sporting a short suit, a design that is expected to be huge this Fall.

Winslet was at the event to promote her much hyped film Carnage and she looked comfortable in the short suit which included a suit jacket, dress shorts and a semi-casual shirt.

Talbots, Express, Bloomingdale’s and various other stores across the United States are gearing up for the new fashion season with short suits of their own, while some designers have taken the idea and paired it with speakers, stocking and other accessories to give a more modern feel.

As Linsey Ferrier at The Stir points out, I still feel that Winslet would have looked much cuter in a skirt.
