Naked Intruder Found Asleep In Couple’s Bed After Robbing Some Sprite

A naked intruder fell asleep in a strange bed in almost classic Goldilocks style after having a cold and refreshing treat.

The naked intruder is 30-year-old Freddy Shelby of Albuquerque, New Mexico, according to ABC News. Freddy was arrested on Sunday after he was found by homeowners sleeping naked in their bed, and they were missing at least one soda from their kitchen.

A criminal complaint stated that the intruder came in through a window and was thirsty enough to steal some soda. He grabbed a Sprite from the refrigerator and then fell asleep naked in the homeowners’ bed after he entered the master bedroom of the home.

It was unclear whether Freddy caused any damage to the home when he broke into it through the window.

The owners of the home found the intruder in a deep sleep in their bed when they arrived at home, and they responded by calling the police.

When the authorities arrived, they found the intruder still asleep. They tried to wake Shelby up, but he would not respond. Finally, an officer ripped the blankets off of his naked body and Shelby woke up.

Freddy Shelby could not explain why he was sleeping naked in a stranger’s house other than offering his excuse to officers that he thought he was at his girlfriend’s house.

It is unclear whether Shelby broke into the home without his clothes or disrobed after he took the Sprite and headed to the bedroom for a deep snooze.

Freddy Shelby was charged with breaking and entering, and it is unknown whether the naked intruder had an attorney.
