iPhone 6 rumored design.

iPhone 6 Rumors: What We Know So Far

The iPhone 6 is on its way and Apple fans are getting excited. But what can we expect from the new version of the iPhone? Will the iPhone 6 be only slightly better than the iPhone 5c or 5s, or will it be the next big thing? Let’s take a look at all the iPhone 6 rumors currently circulating the tech corners of the web.

The iPhone 6 will definitely have a bigger screen. This much is expected of a new iPhone product. You can’t upgrade without going bigger. Funny that cell phones were once famous for getting smaller and smaller. According to Bussiness News Daily, the iPhone 6 is rumored to have a 4.7 inch display, a huge improvement from the original iPhone’s 3.5 inch screen. However, it’s still noticeably smaller than the Samsung Galaxy S5 and the HTC One M8. Unless the rumors of a 5.5 inch screen on the iPhone 6 are true…

New design. According to Gotta Be Mobile, the iPhone 6 will have a totally different design style than past iPhone models. Rumors suggest the iPhone 6 could be much thinner–as thin as 7 milimeters. It may also have an aluminum back and a sapphire front to protect the display. The iPhone 6 will be faster. Another expected feature, but still exciting. The iPhone 6 is rumored to have a much faster processor. Tech sites are suggesting it will come with a 64-bit A8 CPU, an even faster processor than the iPhone 5, which is one of the speediest smart phones available. This will allow for incredible mobile multitasking.

Touch ID. The iPhone 6 should have the now-standard Touch ID system to keep the mobile device safe from strangers. A fingerprint identification system will allow the iPhone’s proper user to get into the system securely.

The iPhone 6 might finally jump on the NFC Support Bandwagon. Is it finally time for Apple to get NFC support for their smart phones? Android devices have been using Near Field Communication for awhile now, which allows smartphones to communicate to nearby computers and mobile devices. The iPhone 6 is rumored to have this feature.

Keep in mind none of this has been confirmed yet. Apple is keeping the iPhone 6’s secrets pretty secure. But what do you think about the rumors so far? Will you be picking up an iPhone 6? If not, the iPhone 5c is available at extremely low prices these days in preparation for the iPhone 6’s release. Find out just how cheap here.
