Robin Thicke, Paula Patton Home For Sale: Divorce Up Next For Duo?

The house that Robin Thicke and Paula Patton once shared in Bel Air, California is now for sale. According to TMZ, the mansion was put on the market on Monday, and many are taking this as yet another sign that the marriage between these two is very likely done for good.

The site says that Robin Thicke and Paula Patton have not been in the Bel Air home together since they split in February. Though Thicke has done plenty of public begging and pleading hoping that Patton will reconcile and give him another chance, it does not appear to be working. It seems he may be coming to terms with the fact that his apologies are probably too little, too late.

The home has 3,158 square feet of space and is said to have amazing views. The place was originally purchased in 1990 by Robin’s dad, Alan Thicke. It seems that in 1995 Robin’s name was put on the deed. The property is listed for $2,985,000, and considering that Alan originally paid $910,000 for it, the family should walk away with some nice cash after the sale of this one.

Billboard adds that the Thicke/Patton home has three bedrooms, one of which has been turned into a recording studio by Robin. There are floor-to-ceiling windows that show off the views of the canyon and downtown areas. The property includes, naturally, a private spa and pool, and there is a gated driveway and a two-car garage. The home sits on a secluded cul-de-sac on the exclusive Birds Street.

According to Variety, the Bird Streets home has some very famous neighbors. Jennifer Aniston, Michael Buble, RuPaul Charles, and Harry Morton Jr. all have homes nearby. While some would say they would have expected the famous couple to have a more luxurious home, this is hardly a shabby shack. Given the location and exclusive nature of the neighborhood, chances are that Robin and Paula will be able to unload it fairly quickly.

Robin and Paula first met when he was just 16 years old, and they married in 2004. They have one son together, Julian Fuego, who is 4 years old. Though Thicke has released songs, videos, and dedicated performances to winning his wife back, it seems she has resisted. While the singer may be sounding sorry now, many would imagine his repeated bad behavior simply became too much for the actress to overlook. Is divorce next on the to-do list for Robin Thicke and Paula Patton? So far neither of them has filed, but it is looking likely.
