Melissa Berry Nude Photos: Lingerie Football Star Minus The Lingerie
Melissa Berry, a model and player on the Lingerie Football League Tampa Breeze team, is suing her ex-boyfriend over a series of nude photos she says he used against her.

Berry, 24, says her ex posted the nude photos onto MySpace without her permission. She claims he tried to “extort, humiliate, and hurt her” by publicly showcasing the images, the Tampa Bay Tribune reports. The images were reportedly taken on the man’s cell phone and are said to include at least one of Melissa Berry “engaged in a particularly private, intimate sexual act.”
The ironic twist: The ex-boyfriend, Mark C. Dawson, is a professional speaker who lectures students on “healthy dating” practices, according to his Web site’s Google description. (The site is currently down but can be accessed via Google Cache here.)
Dawson’s defense, according to the Tribune: Melissa Berry posed for the nude photos at her own will, and he never made them public. Plus, the paper notes Dawson as saying, Berry used to be a dancer at an adult nightclub.
“For her to say that these pictures were taken against her knowledge is untrue because she is smiling in them,” Dawson is quoted as saying. “She takes her clothes off for a living and tells people I am doing all this other stuff. What she’s doing now is creating a drama because there are pictures out there of her.”

The Melissa Berry nude photos have yet to surface anywhere, and they may not — according to the lawsuit, the images were e-mailed to specific people and possibly posted on a personal MySpace page.
