Kate Upton’s Bikini Body Diet Tips Focus On A Low Carb Diet

Kate Upton’s bikini body may be out of this world but her diet tips are actually pretty down to Earth.

In a related report by The Inquisitr, the paleo diet requires a rich caveman (or a cavewoman in this case) since replacing those cheap carbs with lot and lots of protein is starting to get more expensive every month based upon basic economics. Of course, if you want to be this model’s boyfriend then you can’t look like a caveman since Kate Upton loves manscaping!

By now everyone knows Kate Upton is not your stereotypical skinny, anorexic model. While most people would agree this is a good thing, the fashion world did not seem to think so when she first started out:

“In the beginning of my career, slimmer, less curvy models were more popular and I got down on myself. I didn’t feel as confident or as beautiful, but it made me realize that it’s not about what people say to you or what people think, it’s about competing with yourself and being the best that you can be…. It’s kind of funny to think, ‘The news is talking about whether I’m fat or not.’ It was hard at first. I really just live my life. I love my body.”

We also recently found out how much hard work and exercise her fitness trainer David Kirsch puts her through every day. This was his advice if any woman wants to become fit enough to be a bikini model:

“Do a couple of high intensity circuits a day. You aren’t going to be on the cover of Sports Illustrated or something, so the pressure isn’t there. Make time for one or two circuits first thing in the morning. No one can tell me they don’t have 10 or 15 minutes extra minutes a day. I don’t believe it. You don’t have to do 90 minutes.”

Of course, you have to wonder how much time Kate actually spends in the gym since she also told Marie Claire she only goes several times a week:

“I love going to the gym. I try to go three times a week. I live a very stressful lifestyle, so it’s good for me to work all that stress out.”

And that’s why Upton’s diet is so important according to Kirsch:

“Everyone wants to know if Kate is disciplined with her diet and exercise, and the answer is that she is amazing about her diet. She does a few egg whites with spinach for breakfast, and when she wants to, she does a 48-hour cleanse. It’s sugar, alcohol, and processed carbs that we avoid. I don’t have Kate on a specifically gluten-free diet, but by the nature of what she eats, it is gluten free.”
